Clergy/Religious Visitors


Clergy/Religious working in Archdiocesan of Sydney must present their current Ministry Card to the Parish Priest or an Acolyte prior to celebrating mass or any other ministry in our parish. They will also need to record in a Visiting Clergy/Religious Register the following information: date of arrival, date or departure, full name, diocesan, Ministry Card number, purpose of visit and finally they will need to sign it. The Parish Priest or an Acolyte will verify their Ministry Card and sign their entry.

Visiting Clergy/Religious Prior to the planned visit and ministry in our parish, the visiting clergy/religious must contact with the Archdiocesan of Sydney Chancery or their website to obtain the relevant information about the visit requirements and obtain their permission to celebrate mass or any other ministry in our parish. Normally, visit clergy/religious will need to provide your ACMR ID number or complete a Safeguarding Statement or Individual Safeguarding Declaration and Disclosure form and forward this to the Archdiocesan of Sydney Chancery. Visiting clergy/religious may also be required to provide information regarding their WWCC number. After obtaining the permission visit clergy/religious will be permitted to minister in our parish.

The Parish Priest or an Acolyte will verify their email or a letter that they received and sign their entry,

Tuesday: 6:15pm Ador., 6.30pm Rosary & Rec., 7pm Mass
Wednesday: 9:15am Mass, Ador. & Rec.

Friday: 9:15am Mass, Ador. & Rec.

1st Friday: Ador. 7am-7:30pm.
                    Healing Mass – 9:15am & 7:30pm.
3rd Tuesday: Ador. 7am-7:30pm.
                    Mass – 7pm followed by                     Praise and Worship.
22nd Day of each month: 7pm Mass to
                honour St Charbel with
                veneration of the relics.

Ador. – Adoration.
Rec. – Reconciliation.
